Trust in the Name of the LORD Our God

Psalm 20:1-9

May the LORD answer you in the day of trouble!
May the name of the God of Jacob protect you!
2May he send you help from the sanctuary
and give you support from Zion!
3May he remember all your offerings
and regard with favor your burnt sacrifices!
Selah

4May he grant you your heart’s desire
and fulfill all your plans!
5May we shout for joy over your salvation,
and in the name of our God set up our banners!
May the LORD fulfill all your petitions!

6Now I know that the LORD saves his anointed;
he will answer him from his holy heaven
with the saving might of his right hand.
7Some trust in chariots and some in horses,
but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.
8They collapse and fall,
but we rise and stand upright.

9O LORD, save the king!
May he answer us when we call.

Take up your cross and follow Christ

Luke 9:23-24

Cast your burden

If you have problems or experiencing some difficulties in life cast your burdens to our Lord. He's able to extend his help to everyone that calls out his name.

Matthew 6:25
"For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?

Psalm 55:22

Cast your cares on the LORD
and he will sustain you;
he will never let the righteous fall.

Psalm 37:5

Put your life in the hands of the Lord;
have faith in him and he will do it.

Psalms 37:24
When he falls, he will not be hurled headlong,
Because the LORD is the One who holds his hand.

1 Peter 5:7
Turn all your anxiety over to God because he cares for you

Philippians 4:6

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Hebrews 13:5-6

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,
"Never will I leave you;
never will I forsake you." 6So we say with confidence, "The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?

The fruit of the Spirit

Galatians 5:22-25

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.

When we accepted Christ's we bear fruit of the Spirit. To have a good testimony for other people we ought to live with fruit of the Spirit every day in our life. Our testimony reflects how we are as Christians. We're the banner of God.

Love your brother

1 John 4:20-21

If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.”-

Trusting in God

My favorites verses from the bible it's about trusting everything to our Lord Jesus Christ and how faithful he is the he will answer our prayers according to his will.

Psalm 37:4-5

Delight yourself in the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Commit your way to the LORD;
trust in him and he will do this.

Greed

Ephesians 5:5

You can be sure that no immoral, impure, or greedy person will inherit the Kingdom of Christ and of God. For a greedy person is an idolater, worshiping the things of this world.

1 Peter 5:2-3

Be shepherds of God's flock that is under your care, serving as overseers—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not greedy for money, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.

Titus 2:11-12

“For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,”

What is True Love?

1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away.
